as rick pointed out, the last thing you should ever do is use hcg in pct... thats literally the worst thing you could ever do... your supposed to run it the last 4 weeks of your cycle BEFORE you start pct... you need to run a thorough pct or your bridge wont make a difference because if you dont recover, you wont keep anything you just worked for... once you run the pct rick gave, then you will go into the sarms super stack... here is the link for it and the layout...
