PCT Really Needed

Hey all, coming off of a 13 week cardarine (20mg) and ostarine (50mg) cycle. Looking forward to doing it again. Very nice nonrepressive cycle for me. Did not really gain any weight (did not really expect to), but definitely some strength and stamina. I am also on test. cyp., 100mg every week. Two questions for you:

1. Should I do a PCT?
2. How long should I wait before doing it all over again?
