Hi all! I am planning a cycle now and would like some opinions.
Test E 800mg/wk 1-12
Test P 200mg/wk 1-5
Deca 500mg/wk 1-12
dbol 40/40/50/50/50 ed 1-5
PCT
Nolva 40/40/20/20 ed 14-18
Clomid 75/50/50/25 ed 14-18
HCG 500iu/day 14-16 (10 days)
Any opinions or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The Test P, I got 1 bottle free. I know it isn't needed with the dbol to jump start the gains, but I don't want it to go to waste! My cycle history is 1st cycle 500mg/wk sust for 12 weeks with nolva/clomid pct. 2nd cycle was 500mg/wk sust 1-12, dbol 40/40/40/40 1-4 and same PCT. I have no experience with HCG but have heard that during larger cycles, it is helpful to boost the boys back to normal. Does this PCT seem adequate for the cycle? Should I be taking anything during it to avoid issues? I might pick up something to help with the possible deca-dick issue. My history is 27 years old. 6 years of consistent training. 6'3" 210 lbs and 12% body fat. Overall good health. My diet is pretty good. The occasional cheat day happens, but who doesn't cheat from time to time. I am planning on eating 4000-4500 cal a day with macros of 40-50 protein, 30-40 carbs, 20 fat. I am expecting to spend 6 days in the gym each week, doing a 4 day split. Any suggestions, pointers or opinions is greatly appreciated!
