PCT for past steroid use to help erectile dysfunction (ED)

oligator

Hi everyone. Im brand new to this forum and i'm kinda nervous to ask this because i don't want to be ripped to shreds by anyone, but i have some requests for advise.

My fiancé used to use steroids about 2 years ago. He doesn't remember exactly what he used to take, but he said it was deca, test 500 (?) and anadrol. He used them for about 2 years in cycles. He stopped using them right before we met but he never did anything as far as a PCT to regulate himself after he stopped. He basically went cold turkey. He developed a lump in his breast and he had to do a mammogram and he was told that he had gynecomastia. He had one blood test done but this was before my time so all he said was that the doctor said his blood work was fine and his testosterone was in the normal range.

So, for the entire time we have been together, he has had issues with erectile dysfunction and it hasn't gotten any better over the years. I came across this site because i heard about carnadrine and i want to try it for myself to lose about 30ish lbs (i'm female so i was looking into sarms being viable for women). I can ask my questions about carnadrine in another post though. But in reading up on carnadrine is where i learned about the need for PCT after steroid use.

I know I was unable to give you detailed info about what he was taking or his stats, but based on what I was able to say, does it seems that his ED could be caused by steroid use and is there anything that someone might be able to recommend as far as a PCT for him...and is a PCT even needed this far out? It's been 2 years that he has not used. It's such a sensitive subject that i don't really want to bring the subject up with him because i know it's already affecting him psychologically, but if i can get him info on a PCT, he'll for sure be open to it.
Thanks in advance for any advice!

First thing first...he'll need blood work..U can use online source like private med labs and get one...we need to see where all his levels are. or you can go to the urologist and check for low testosterone which is mainly what were gona look at. he probably needs trt..also we can give him a protocol to reduce and possibly eliminate his Gyno.

If he has the old results from blood work could u post them? several other things can cause this. can u get his stats please

Thanks for the quick reply. I just asked him and he is going to check when he gets home to see if he still has his old lab work. IF we need to get one from the private med labs, which test in particular should we be ordering? While I'm there ordering, do I need to order blood work for myself before starting on cardarine?

A female yes female hormone panel is what he will need..you do not require blood work for a sarms stack..what's his basic info? age, height, weight ect

For the meantime we offer a variety of sources that can provide viagra and cialis

He is:
age: 38
height: 5'10"
weight: 225
so he would need a female hormone panel? But i do not need a panel because i am going to be taking sarms?
He used to workout religiously and eat very well. Since we met, and after he found out about the lump in his breast, i think he got a bit depressed (along with a bunch of other life issues) so he has not been working out or eating well at all. I am a big reason for that. I have never been a healthy eater. I am in the military. I joined late in life (when I was 31) and i went from being a bit of a chunky female to being in pretty good shape after training. I was a paratrooper though, and so naturally at the ripe old age of 31, my body didn't take the abuse well form jumping out of planes and hitting the ground like a sack of shit over and over so i sustained some back and ankle injuries. I was grounded form exercising for a while, and then i got pregnant and had a baby and then surgery on my ankle and so i never lost he weight. I have been slowly and recently, quickly picking up weight and my diet is SHIT! i am now in the process of starting to eat better but it's a hard shift for me. We both are in the process of starting to change the way we eat and workout. My exercise is limited to periodic light jogging for now. But i am fully aware that nothing will help me without working on my diet. That being said, i wanted t try the cardarine to help me drop the weight along with occasional jogs and better eating. Will that work for me considering that I am not looking to be a bodybuilder or anything? just looking to be healthier and feel better in my own skin. I also read something about another sarm that helps regenerate bone...would that help for my back problems?

my stats:
age: 37
height: 6'0"
weight: 215 (i know, I'm tubby...but I'm tall so i don't look like jabba the hut...yet. lol!) but i would like to be about 185-190.

oh, and yes, you said you could recommend something for the gyno? does he need an rx for the viagra? he doesn't have insurance right now.

You should use that GW alongside a ketogenic diet, women respond greatly to that diet my girlfriends been doing and has been shedding weight like crazy and barely working out

Hey there madheatfan3, I've tied a keto diet and it's just to strict for me. I even got those instaketones thinking that it would help and it's just too strict for me to think of it as a lifestyle. I know i've gotta put in the work to get a perfect body, but i'm not really looking for perfection here. Just health and with that comes some benefits of a nicer look. Any other suggestions that might work that still allow for some flexibility in my diet?

Yes he needs the female hormone panel..it's roughly the same as a male panel but cheaper..U can purchase the gw here at sarms x.

You need to restrict your calories..n do cardio. basically eat clean maybe a cheat meal once a week. plenty of water. Google macros..learn how that system works and set u up one....basically it looks like this 40 percent protein 40 percent carbs 20 percent fats for the day. an app like my fitness pal can help you set one up according to height weight age and your goal

awesome. thanks! I will look for his blood work and order the female hormone panel for him if we can't find them. I bought one bottle of cardarine for myself from sarmsx. i'm just waiting for the shipment. if i understand correctly, it's 20mg daily, 30 min before a workout or 10mg am and 10mg PM on non workout days and it's non stimulating so no sleep issues. 14 weeks on and 4 weeks off? does this sound about correct? i will also look at the myfitness tracker and educate myself on macros so i can start helping myself out with my diet.

I will post whatever i find of his old bloodwork or his new stats when i get them and from there maybe we can start to see what could be contributing to his issue?

yikes: those tests are expensive! and there are several. which is the one he would need?

Female Comprehensive Hormone Panel $356.99

Female Hormone Optimization Checkup $256.99

Female Hormone Optimization Panel $436.99

you DO NOT need a keto diet whatsoever... you need a personalized diet conducive to YOU.. you also need to be implementing cardio 5 times a week, 30-45 minutes per day and cardarine will allow you to do this at a far greater rate... 4 weeks of cardarine is a waste of time and money though... 16 weeks on and then 4 weeks off... ALSO, you are not looking at the right panel he needs... he needs two tests... one is the basic female panel http://www.privatemdlabs.com/lp/Female_Hormone_Testing.php and then you also need to add the prolactin test to it... the female panel is 66.99 and the prolactin panel is 44.99 here... http://www.privatemdlabs.com/lab_te...lts&show=699&category=14&search=prolactin#699

also, here is a 15% off coupon code for the site... LPD345

you need three more bottles of cardarine which you can get buy 2 get 1 free here... https://www.sarmsx.com/30-Off/30-off-gw-501516

also, the triple x stack is the strongest male enhancement you can find... here is the link... https://www.sarmsx.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=154

very awesome! thank you both for all of the info. I'm really new to this so any info is always much appreciated. I might as well just order the new set of blood work for him since it would be prudent to get up to date info. I will go back in and order the 3 additional bottles and the triple x stack for him. gonna hit the pocket here but it's worth it for our health. Do you suggest that we not get the triple x stack until his blood results are back or is it something he can start now even before he gets his bloodwork done?

you are completely fine to get the triple x stack with it... its simply a combination of viagra, cialis and levitra and trust me, its well worth it LOL... DEFINITELY get updated blood work and please, if you have questions, let me know... i will make sure you guys are good to go at all times

Didn't say you need a Keto diet oligator I'm just saying women respond great to this type of diet but if you tried and you don't enjoy it then don't worry you could still be healthy and lose weight by just eating healthy and watching your calories w cardio!
