I'm 31 and running epistane at 30/30/30/30mg daily. I have nolvadex and an over the counter pct ready when I finish. Do you think this will suffice or do you recommend I get another pct product as well? Thanks, I love your vids keep up the great work!

I'm not sure why you would be running an oral ph by itself. We don't really advise that.

But the main thing is you need a full pct and you don't have a full pct. This is what your pct should be
