Painful bruise on quag slowly going away...

So the Friday after Thursdays leg day session I observed some swelling in the outer head of my right quad. I thought perhaps it was from 1 of 2 things, my knees braces, or a bad pin because the pain was special to say the least. I've been treating it with ibuprofen and naproxen to relieve the swelling and it is slowly getting better. There is a bruise and lump/knot right above where my knees brace ends. So Friday it was agonizing, Saturday better, but sore and today a little better and less swollen... thoughts? Gonna observe it and not do legs this week. No fever, or anything like that and no I didn't pin down low on the quad. Friday's pin of PWO Tren X did seem like it all pooled up in the bruised area (at least that was the sensation in my mind).

It kinda sounds like scar tissue build up from pinning to me, but that's just a guess. I know I've had that before myself on the quad and it was painful as fuck. I could barely walk. I would just stay away from pinning anywhere close to that area for a while. Pinning into scar tissue never goes well lol

Had similar thought RR, just walked up and down the stairs comfortably with just the sensation of a knot/lump where I described. Definitely on the recovering side of things, just wondering if I can safely train legs...

I would say you can probably safely train legs, if you can overcome the pain side of it. It is not necessarily anything that would cause any further damage or injury by training. Its actually possible to bring the inflammation down by getting that muscle moving in my opinion. I know when it happened to me I still trained legs. Squats hurt like a mother fucker, but I still did them. There was no harm done, and if anything I felt like it helped by keeping that muscle active and moving and blood flowing through the muscle

I notice that it feels tight and stretching helps, curling my backwards feels great, but tight.

I had this happen once with TNE. It pooled in my leg and was super painful to even move. It took me a few weeks to be able to train.

Ya, another thought I had is if he is using that blend of esters/no esters it's also more likely to give issues like that

Very good point. It was a blend I was using of Prop/TNE. Common problem with certain blends for me.

Nuts officially beaten with a 6 pound sledge hammer, 44 on deck! You do realize The 44 authorizes the sun to shine and the seasons to change... never question the tenacity of 44, even when injured lol...

Here you go classifying me... If I had a feeling other than those related to muscle growth it would be hurt. Besides you know I consider the additional skill of knowing how to make good ass grape kool-aid a plus lol...
