hi my only goal is to lose fat. Im on sr9009 gw and s4 im 24 my bf is 13% im 85 kg and 174 cm. i have been on this cycle for 3 weeks now while having my food and calorieintake in check from my professionel trainer and the high intense workout 6 days a week. my metabolism is not low and i did not lose any weight up to now ?? should the sarms begin to give the benefit of losing fat after 3 weeks or is something wrong. plz help thanks in advence. I appriciate it

Please give us a detailed description of your diet, as I believe there has to be holes there if you haven't seen progress yet.

Also how much cardio are you doing?

that doesn't add up.

your diet is definitely not in check if you are doing high intensity training 6 days a week with support from SARMS and not losing weight
 
Losing weight or fat?

Have you checked your BF at the same time during the 3 weeks. Could be a "gained muscle but lost fats so I weigh the same" scenario.
 
6 white egg in the morning, 4 hours later 135 g tuna and 200 g salat then 30 gram almond and my proteins hake then later 50 g brown rice and Turkey brest and finely turkey brest and salat. My maintain calorie is 2500 and I'm am now on around 1900 calorie. And about the workout I do is running 10 km, I always take fish oil and some pills that helps me keep muscle before running. And later in the day I go to the gym and lift weights for about an hour.
 
A quick question. When should I see the results if everything is good ? Is it 2 weeks on this stack ? Or a week ?
 
Everyone is a little different on when they will see results. Some take less time and some take more time than others. There are also a lot of other factors at play that could be affecting your fat loss or lack of

Also make sure you are dosing everything correctly.....this is how everything should look

1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.

You haven't done an aas cycle before correct? Tren, Mast, and Winny is a terrible first cycle and nothing you should be going near. Tren is an absolute no for a beginner. Mast is, in my opinion, a waste at 13% bf. At 13% bf, If you're not losing any fat then there is something wrong with your nutrition or training. Instead of heavily relying on the gear to get the job done, you really need to reevaluate the foundation. Sarms, aas, etc only enhance whats already in place.

o i did anabolc before AND I Did tren. masteron will i be doing later in the cycle when im under 10 % if i am going to do this cycle. lets see how it goes with sarms first

If you can't lose fat on the sarms stack you are on, going to steroids aren't going to help you either. You need to fix what is keeping you from losing fat rather than just trying to fix it by going on harsh compounds. That makes no sense. Besides that, steroids aren't fat burners, so I'm not real sure what you are expecting from that
