you want a list of steroids? brother, the homepage has an article on each and every one... yes, the forum is to help but not to do the work for everyone that literally takes 2 minutes to do... i spend countless hours on videos and articles so simple questions like this can be answered... what do i even spend the time on them for? you have to at least attempt to do some things on your own or noone will want to help
