Hey, I'm about to do an 8 week cycle with just Andarine. I've done andarine in the past at 75mgs ed and I've found that I don't really get any side effects (just slightly yellower vision). So this time around I think I'm gonna do 100mgs a day. But, I was thinking about it and I started to wonder; is there an optimal way to train on andarine? I ask this because I've read that andarine benefits strength more than size. So it seems reasonable to assume that low volume/ high intensity training is more suitable for an andarine cycle than other forms of strength training, because it would maximize that strength response. Is this the best way to take advantage of andarine's strength increasing qualities?
