I'm not a personal trainer or anything but a few people I work with have commented on my physique and asked if they could workout with me I'm like sure but if you want to really get into this it takes a lot of hard work and dedication and you can't eat like a fat pig and kind of try to guide them through the training and diet and I get impatient sometimes because I understand it's not for everyone but I've dealt with and tried to help about 10 people and they always give up and can't do it and I feel like I wasted my time because they'd come with me to the gym and I'd have to half ass my workouts to show them proper form and not to lift with your ego but they'd spend a couple of weeks to a month with me and then start tapering off pretty quickly and it gets frustrating you can show people everything they need to know but it's up to them to apply it after a few weeks of silence I've had a couple of people approach me and say how come you never hit me up to go to the gym anymore and all I can say is I'm not going to beg you to come to the gym with me and eat properly it's almost like they take offense because I don't antagonize them and beg and plead for them to get up and move
