On cycle injury prevention

With the added strength increase, especially from an oral kick start, what does everyone do to prevent injuries? If tendons and ligaments take longer to strengthen compared to muscle, what is done to protect them?

This is one of the main reasons that we encourage everyone to have built a good foundation and base before ever touching juice, where huge differences in strength and loads on your ligaments and tendons won't be as prevalent during a steroid cycle because they would have already been strengthened naturally first.

It's the new undersized juicers that typically hurt themselves like this. However a good method for protection is to use some of the healing sarms on cycle like MK-677 and MK-2866 or even LGD

as rick pointed out, its imperative to be in a position physically where you are not undersized.. the point you bring up in your question is the EXACT reason why everytime someone who is far undersized wanting to use steroids fires me up... they are looking for a short cut and are not putting in the work on top of not understanding how dangerous it truly is...

now, even when you are the proper size, nagging injuries to happen, most notably, different types of tendinitis... anything ending with the term "itis" is speaking in the term "inflammation of" I generally have this occur when im lifting heavier, in my elbow but on the medial side (inside)... I get it massaged once a week, i take a motrin only if necessary... i do not like taking pills whatsoever unless its a last resort... you need to keep it stretched as well... i always incorporate mk2866 here as well.. it helps so much with nagging injuries... this is one of its best benefits..

your going to see strength increases on cycle... its a given, so you must be preventative before hand to alleviate the inevitable....

What everyone suggested is on point, mk is a great tool, building a proper base is paramount... why snap yourself up with these new found muscles if you truly aren't prepared? I'm 5 ft 9 inches tall at 253 pounds and have been lifting for the greater part of 33 years. My tendons are where they need to be strength wise. Someone with say 5 years under their belt who doesn't truly lift heavy weight, but rather challenging weight might hurt themselves with say a 100 pound bench increase. Rest is critical as well, at the moment I am taking it easy and don't go above 315 for 10. I'm letting my joints heal somewhat. I also picked up a jewel from EZ_E... 10 minutes in the dry sauna is a complete body saver. Thank you for that brother! Nice to walk outta the gym feeling like I'm 25 again versus 45.

I'm all about the sauna...even tho it's a real bitch for me to sit still for ten whole minutes.

i bought one a few years ago because i just feel disgusted with what ive seen in so many saunas over time... So i have it here and i generally use it 20 minutes a day, 4 days a week... its so good for sleep enhancement as well... thats commonly forgotten but a major benefit... not to mention helping to increase the detoxification process as well as a great environment to stretch etc...
