Long time lurker first time poster, looking for some offseason advice for bulk / strength here is a bit of history about me...
Been competing at 191-198, quit for a while and lost some strength so this winters goals are to put a couple hundred lbs on my total and bulk up to 220 class..
stats, 33, Male, 195lbs currently, cruising on 250mg test, current lifts Squat - 505, Deadlift 585, Bench 330
really want to push my squat close to 600, deadlift 650+ and bench to 365+
16 week cycle
Test 700
Deca 400
IGF-1 LR3 40mcg post workout 4 weeks on 4 weeks off
Masteron? need some opinion here, not a responder to EQ so not interested in running it again.
first 4 weeks 50mg Anadrol daily.
I have ran 3 or 4 cycles or Test E around 500mg, and a test/tren e cycle before not interested in tren till possibly next contest season.
