I’m looking for some advice. I have been lifting for about two and a half years now. Since then I have probably put on 30 lbs of both fat and muscle. If you looked at me, you would never think I’m 200lbs as I look thinner than that. I would not consider myself a “beginning” lifter, as I am probably transitioning into the intermediate level.

I am really interested in blasting off some body fat and putting on some lean muscle. Im looking to gain 10/15lbs over 2-3 months and cut. I am starting to see definition in my core which is something I’m not used to, but I want to break this plateau and push my body a little bit.

What SARMs do you recommend for me? My buddy swears by RAD, but just because it is good for him may not mean it will work for me

I wouldn’t be taking anything at this point. You’re too young. I’m reluctant to even suggest GW but it doesn’t impact your hormones like the others will.

The question you need to ask is how knowledgeable are you about diet. If beginner then I would focus a majority of your mental Realestate on learning how to eat properly.

You can put on weight and get cut on minimum training efforts as long as your diet is on point.

Challenge yourself to train and diet for now. It will build your discipline and character as you strive towards goals. When you have reached your natural peak, sometime in your late twenties there are plenty of options to take it to the next level...

i would consider putting in more effort in the gym and getting your diet consistent first man... thats your call... you can use them at 21 but just because you can doesnt mean its always the smartest or right thing to do

2 1/2 years does not make you an advanced lifter by any means. Your body is still under developed. A Test booster some Agmatine, and a nitros oxide booster is about all you neee in my opinion if you want to step it up a little bit.

it makes you a fairly new lifter honestly... you cant come close to saying your an advanced lifter in only 2 years
