Nolvadex D is just the pharmaceutical grade tamoxifen made by AstraZeneca. Hipo carries genuine nolvadex D. Personally, if you are concerned about getting the highest quality, I would go with hipo.

Nolvadex D is just the comercial name of Tamoxifen created by AstraZeneca. They are creating Nolvadex D10 (10 mg/tab) and Nolvadex D20 (20 mg/tab).
