I just want to bring up all areas of my physique that are in need of it thru hard work and drop to and maintain 10% bf. At age 45, I'd be satisfied with that.
My goals are just to keep heading down the path I'm on with nice steady progress. I'm sitting at about 198 lbs and 8% right now, and would like to be 200 and 6% this summer
