Hi Dylan,

I have been watching your youtube videos since the past couple of days and have made a decision that i cannot stay natural anymore. I have been working my ass off since 2015 in weight lifting and i am a very active person in general, i workout 5 days a week for an hour minimum and daily caloric intake is 4000 and i get enough sleep. A guy in my gym was going to sell me Dbol for a kickstarter but i changed my mind after watching your videos on dbol and i am going to tell him to buy test for me as its my first time with Anabolics. However i am not familiar with the doses for me and which type of test is most effective in muscle building. And i am a bit scared of needles thats why i am going to use a 6mm needle in a insulin syringe for my ease. I am 5ft 9 i way 136 lbs with bodyfat of 20%.

Hard truth; if you are 5'9 and weigh 136 with 20% body fat then you are not "working your ass off"

And you're definitely not dieting your ass off.

What do your nutrition and training look like?
 
Yeah.. 20% is WAY too high of bodyfat to even be considering a AAS cycle. You'd be better off running SARMS first and dropping fat by 6-7% points min.
 
How the hell do you weigh 136 pounds at 5.9 feet? I weigh 180 pounds at 5.5 feet... Post us a picture of yourself, please.

You're 136lbs with 20% bodyfat?

If you want to get bigger don't be so "active" as you said you are. Lift 4 days and concentrate on compound exercises like squat, bent rows, barbell bench, etc.

Your stats seem physically impossible to me bro. I don't know if this is a troll post or what, but there is no fucking way in hell you are getting help for steroids here. It's obviouos you have no idea whatsoever how to eat or train correctly

you are completely out of control and i have no clue how you could only be 136 lbs. and 20% body fat... you CLEARLY have no concept of diet and training whatsoever... you are eating 4000 calories a day? is it pure garbage you are eating? NONE of this makes sense but i can tell you this... working out 2 years is a NOTHING BURGER... that is NOTHING ... most of us were in the gym 10 years or more before our first cycle... fuck i was in there probably 14 years before i took anything... i started owrking out at 14 years old so yes it may have been a bit longer... regardless you have no business using steroids whatsoever and im certainly not advising it... i don't contribute to people hurting themselves... if you want to keep a good attitude i can help you but if you are not going to listen, all i can say is good luck and BE PREPARED to deal with a life filled with consequences from your decision... if i was you, i would think long and hard on if its worth it... and if you really feel like giving up and being a quitter in terms of learning how to properly diet and train... you can take every fucking thing under the sun, but if you dont know how to eat and train, which you clearly do not based on your stats, then nothing is going to work anyway.. do you think we just take steroids, dont do shit and magically wake up cut and huge?
