Looking to start a sarm stack. 44 years old. 6 feet, 185 pounds, 13% bodyfat. Been working out 5 years. Looking to recomp. gain 10 pounds and lose 2% body fat. current diet at 2900 calories. 185 grams of protein a day, 360 grams of carbs, 74 grams of fat. I also play b-ball 2-3 a month, hoping sarms could help with that. I have old injuries, slipped disk and knee issues from tight quad tendon. Not sure if that pertains to the stack selection. Also please tell me where to get the PCT as well. thansk!
