Hello everyone, I'm a new member to the board and happy to have joined.

So I'm going to start off by giving all my stats and history.

Age: 26
Weight: 238 lbs
BF: 14.2 %
*Type 1 diabetic (since age 6)

Biography:
I Am an amateur bodybuilder and have been competing for 4 years. Have lifted since I was 17. I am a timber harvester and spend most of the day in rural lowlands harvesting "real hard to get to" timber with heavy machinery. I hit the gym once I get back in town after dark. I workout 4-5 days a week and keep my nutrition in check with a solid 5 meals a day along with hydration and simple supplementation.

Hope to get solid advice and broaden my knowledge on bodybuilding and general health by joining. Glad to be here 😃

And as for bodybuilding with diabetes, yes it has helped dramatically with my progress and discipline in nutrition. It's been more of a "guideline" rather than a burden lol

Hey guys, so my current stats are as follows:
*i am 238 lbs
*14.2% bf
*26 years old
*been training since age 17
*ran 3 cycles, 1 per year for past 3 years. All of which were 14-16 weeks.
*I eat 4200-4450 calories per day and take in 1.5 G protein per lb body weight. Carbs vary in off-season and on season of course but stay moderate due to the fact I am type 1 diabetic (insulin dependent.

I have a question regarding the use of Deca Durabolin. Ok, so my cycle history has consisted of test and tren . I have thrived from low test high tren with dosages being 200 mg test and 600-800 mg tren. My weight has increased 10-12 lbs on cycle and I have kept 7-8 lbs of solid mass each time. Good good gains. However, they're quite dry and my creatinine is on the high side on cycle but decreases shortly after.

So for all you guys, have you cycled deca with test and seen quality gains with fuller mass (according to diet) or is it mainly water and fat gain during all runs with deca? I'm just looking for something to switch up with tren and that's less harsh on my body, but still highly anabolic. Tren has never effected my libido negatively, nor my BP or mood. I feel like superman when "on" 'and just all around great. Just curious about deca and it's "#1" repultation.

I'm not competing again until next October, and am currently off cycle at the moment and researching my options.
 
water and fat gain is bull shit with deca unless you just dont control prolactin and estrogen OR you run it too high... deca is VERY clean if you run it right
 
That's what I've always kinda figured. I heard horror stories of tren but ran caber with every run and it's always turned out awesome. What about pct for deca? Like, when to start after last inject of deca. And what dosage is optimal for deca? Is it 2 mg per lb of bodyweight like mentioned in most profile descriptions?

2 weeks after your last injection and 300-400 mg week is PLENTY with deca...

when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for...
