New member - been following Dylan's videos on youtube and reading a little bit from the forums since I joined (yesterday)
This is MORE than likely a common question/questions...
Firstly my stats:

5'11
current weight: 82kg
goal: gain muscle - minimise fat gains - add overall size
was previously cutting at 2100 calories, now consuming just over 2400 calories (counting macros)
I got my hands on LGD 4033 and S4. Previously used S4 whilst cutting
I want to start as soon as possible.
How long should I go for?
I only want to use those two if possible - what dosage should I use?
And...finally...can I get a quick run down on PCT, how long for? What Should I use? And dosage?
Apologies if I ask some pretty obvious questions, I don't know all the terminology.
