Hello all,

First, the basic stats

35 y/o male, 6’1” 240
Body fat is approximately 22%
Been lifting since high school, so close to 20 years with some breaks throughout for various reasons.
Have never used steroids. Have known people who have, and have read about steroid usage (medical journals, legal precedence, anything from Flex to Newsweek to The American Medical Journal)
I have some nagging injuries to my left knee and left shoulder, but nothing I can’t work past with some sufficient warming up.
I was recently diagnosed with low T, was at 240 ng/dL when prescribed androgel. Have been using androgel for 9 weeks now, will be goingrg in for blood work in 3 weeks.

Hope I didn’t miss anything. Anyway, I’ve decided I want to begin a cycle of stanozolol. I am thinking I will just run that alone for now, 50 mg a day for 6 weeks. I’ve actually wanted to do this for about a year now, but fuck, had no idea how to go about finding a source. I just found this site, so hopefully that part won’t be an issue anymore, haha. So, question is, with my low T and androgel prescription in mind, will my winstrol cycle be sufficient or need to be modified in some fashion? And if the winstrol is inadvisable, is there a cycle you would suggest?

Hello and welcome to the broad. Unfortunately you are in no shape to be using any steroid at 22% body fat...To run a cycle you must be at most 14% body fat...At your current bf % the estrogen coversion is too big and your lipid profile will just get wrecked.Your main goal right now is to lower ur bf. You can consider something like Cardarine and/or Sr9009 to help you cut down that bf but diet is your main concern. Here's a layout

weeks 1-12 Cardarine 20 mg/day dosed in the A.m
weeks 1-12 Sr9009 30 mg/day dosed 5 mg every 2-3 hours

The cycle can be extended to 16 weeks if needed . They don't have any side effects.

Ah, thank you for the reply. I have not heard of those before. Looked into caradrine just a moment ago and tried pulling up some study information, seems hard to find! Is it more effective than ephedrine or Clenbutrol? I’ll definitely give it a try, if I can find it and afford it, of course, haha.

Welcome to the board.

Thank you for the detailed first post.

Steroids do not get you in shape. They are used as the last piece or ingredient after consistent diet and training for many years.

You have just been diagnosed with low T and you want to give you her testosterone replacement therapy at least another 3 to 6 months before considering taking any next steps, but the next step will not be anabolic steroids.

I'm not a big fan of AndroGel so my personal opinion is to ask the doctor for injections or find another doctor but I will leave that up to you.

If you post your goals we can suggest a proper protocol. But no matter what your goals are it's going to start with diet and training and Cardio.

So please post your current nutrition plan, how you train and when you train, and when you do cardio, for how long, and how often.

thank for you for the good first post bro... you have to understand that you are nowhere near the right condition for steroid use... you can definitely get there but at this point, you are a fairly long way from that point... you really have to step up your diet and training consistency and discipline at this point...

You should be looking at sarms and not steroids. You are a ways away from being in the shape for those
