Hi All!

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

So I’m currently 25 year old male 5’11 looking to start my first cycle. I recently went from an overweight to skinny fat physique in about 4-5 months. I went from 207lbs down to 190 which is my current weight. I was eating at 1800 calories per day to achieve this on an aggressive cut. 3 lift days per week followed with 3 days of LISS cardio. I have now switched back to Matinence as I wasn’t getting anymore fat loss. I feel like my metabolism was accustomed to 1800. Decided to flip to Matinence (2500) per day

My issue is I need more lean muscle mass however I want to stay lean for summer. I can’t manage to lose this last little touch of lower belly fat. I feel I’d get to scrawny if I got any more catabolic and would look worse losing more muscle.

Here I plan to start my first cycle of test. I’d like to add lean mass to allow me to fill out with lean muscle this way I can cut and tighten up with more definition. I’ve attached pictures of my transformation. And one of my current physique. Do you think this is a feasible idea.

Age: 25
Height 5’11”
Bf: not sure
Cycle experience: never
Diet: currently eating at Matinence

Welcome to board and nice job in making your changes.

Based on your pictures you could reach your goal of filling out with the right nutrition plan, the test can wait for now and will be more beneficial to you later on.

What's a typical day's diet look like with your 2500 calories?

Well. I have a tricky life style due to work. I live out of hotels and most likely eating out. That being said. I usually only eat meals that I scan track through my fitness pal. I’m stuck eating out. By today I had a 12 inch chicken breast sub. Dinner was a 20oz bone in rib steak with mash potatoes and veggies. I count a few hundred less thAn 2500. Just in case the restaurant over serves etc. I also do intermittent fasting everyday

Thanks man! I appreciate it.

Well I’m on a current 40protsin/30/30 split for macros. Lately I’ve been stuck living in a hotel room for work. So I only eat at restaurants that I can properly trXk my meals/macros. I do intermittent fasting (16hour fast) two meals a day. Today I had a 12” chicken breast sub and for dinner was a 20oz bone in rib steak with mash potatoes and veggies. I also had some shakes to fill out my protein macros. Then I usually eat snack to hit my goal for the renaming Cals. I alsways trXk under 2500 just in case the restaurant over serves a portion. Or hidden butters on foods etc

I won’t bother with a cycles at this point you need to work on getting mature muscle before even doing a cycle . You body has plenty of room for new gains just keep hitting it hard and the look you want can be done natural with consistent training and diet . Cycle is just the cherry on top of hard work

Bump above. OP; until you get a solid consistent meal plan going everything else is on hold.

I think it's a bit premature to look into steroids right now. You need a better base and foundation. You also need a better diet. Eating out jist isn't going to cut it. You need to prep meals and take them with you or you are going to spin your wheels. Have you looked into sarms? That's a much better place to start for you

brother steroids are completely out of the question right now... there is not one circumstance pointing towards that being a good, smart or even safe option right now... you are still over 20% body fat... you have done a great job but absolutely but are nowhere near the proper condition for steroids use right now
