I would say 60 min pre workout. 8-9 hour half life. 25-50mgs would be a good dose of either.

BGS and another guy who runs a forum. No pip. No pain upon your injection. They've had really potent workouts on it. Very good feedback. That said, I've had people get pip on pharmaceutical cyp.
