-Currently lean and want to bulk
-Eating shouldn't be a problem as I have a desk job and can eat all day

Calories will be adjusted accordingly, I know this diet isn't "Perfect" but luckily I am not competing for anything and gaining size is for my own leisure.




My friend wants to do a ORAL only cycle I tried to convince him otherwise but he said he wants to cut for summer and build muscle. Hes 26 at 190 with a desk job and wants to look good for the summer. He intermittently works out over the past 8 years. 5'10.

your pct needs serious work and your friend is just going to have to learn on his own i guess but he absolutely needs organ st alongside winstrol... you should also use dga post ct the last four weeks of your cycle right up until pct... you can use it in pct if you want but here's the pct you need to be running


when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for... I highly recommend the PCT protocol Dylan gave you. The natural products, especially the test booster are the best.

The difference you feel on this PCT vs a couple items like Clomid/Nolva only is very noticeable. Most people loose everything they got during their cycle because they ran a incomplete cheap and shitty PCT.
