I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm new to the forum, joined about a month ago. I've been training since high school football back in the 80s. However, with family and work it got put to the bottom of the list. But, went my son started playing ball we hit the iron. To make a long story short, I've been training consistently for about 8 years now. I'm 51, 6-0, and 200lbs. and 11% body fat. Training 3days on,1 off,2 days on. heavy compound lifts, with multi joint moves to finish (polishing the muscle).
The wealth of information here is priceless. I'm sorry I took so long to introduce myself, but I've doing a lot of reading, learning, and researching on this forum. So please bear with me as I learn my way. Thanks.
