I decided it was finally time to join the forums and i'm certainly not surprised to see a level of dedication and depth that far exceeds
many other forums of similar topic.
I read the stickys and it said an introduction was in order so here goes:
I'm 40 years old, 6 foot, 205lbs, 12% BF.
I've been lifting on again off again since high school, but I have been serious about diet and consistency for the past 3 years.
Been on TRT (200mg/week Test Cyp) for the past year.
Looking forward to learning from you guys.
