Hey everyone, new guy here... I just wanted to drop in and introduce myself. I've been following the forums for a few months and decided to make an account so I can be more active!
A little about me without getting too personal, I'm 30yo, I've been lifting seriously for about 7 years and just off and on before that. Ive trained a lot of different ways over the years, my goals have changed a few times and I've learned a lot. This last year almost has been more powerlifting but I keep my body weight in check (body fat would be more specific).
I haven't done a cycle (yet) but I've spent the last 3 months or so reading and learning everything I can. I'm not one to dive into anything serious without careful consideration. I have a BS in Health and I'm an Army National Guard Medic... Basically, I love everything health and medical related haha.

Weight: ~220-225
Body fat: ~15%. I haven't had in check in a few years.
Years of training: 7
Complete cycle history: None
Goals: I mostly want to keep getting stronger but who doesn't want to pack on more muscle and lean out too, right?
Supplements: I've taken just about everything but currently on Nitraflex, syntha-6, creatine, some bcaas and I got off of a test booster a little while back.
I've never had any serious injuries but I have had an occasional shoulder flare up (who hasn't) and an occasional pinched nerve kind of back pain that absolutely sucks but it hadn't bothered me in ages.
