Hey everyone, I'm going through a rough patch, just got informed that I have low T. Going to give some background.
Stats;
Male age 25 5'7 200LBS 22% body fat
I started lifting when I was 21 and a friend recommended me a bunch of sarms/prohormones (I had no clue what those were at the time) so I took them unknowing that taking them incorrectly could have affects later down the road. Since I started working out and counting macros I have always walked around at about 175lbs and for summer would drop to 165lbs or so. Then fall of 2017 my "offseason" weight skyrocket, I got to 190lbs doing what I typically do. I really at the time did not think much. Went into my summer cut and could not get below 180lbs. Then over the next "offseason" which was just this past year 2018, My weight jumped again to 200lbs. I began losing strength/muscle mass and gaining fat especially in my mid section. So I got get blood work done, and everything comes back fine, except my testosterone. I am sitting at 301-351 ng/dl after 2 panels of blood work with free test at 6 and then 8. Everything I read and every person I talk to says my only real option is HRT. Any advice?
