Hi Dylan,
Hope you are doing well. I watch your videos on a regular basis and enjoy them very much. I need some advice from you- I am a 280 lb , 33 yr old male (6'1) at about 20% bf and want to cut down and eventually get ready to compete for a show. I have been training naturally for 14 years and have put on a lot of muscle naturally , but in the attempt to keep getting bigger gained a lot of bf as well. What would be your advice? I started a clean diet and lost 5 lbs already and want to keep losing fat however i dont want to lose a lot of muscle. Do i get started on a cycle? But i would prefer to start a test only cycle only when i am at 12% bf or so. What can i do in the meanwhile to preserve muscle? I asked a few folks in my gym and they are suggesting an anavar and clenbuterol cycle to strip out the bf before starting a proper cycle with test. But i have learnt from your videos that we should never do an anavar only cycle? Please advice what i can do and what my approach needs to . Thanks in advance
 
your body fat is definitely too high for steroids but you can absolutely use sarms... your folks at the gym are fucking ridiculous and they are going to get you hurt... anavar is NOT a fat burner and i have done several videos explaining the dangers of clenbuterol....


sarms would be a great option for you though... especially to lose fat and preserve muscle...

Welcome man. I agree with Dylan that you should work on lowering your bf%. You’re still a big guy and will be a hulk if you get down to 12% +\-. That’s when you want to try out a test run.
Until then, sarms are a good option to get your feet wet.
My favorite combo is s4 and LGD. Unfortunately I work at night sometimes and I do get some night light issues on s4. Check the link out and start looking into things. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Sarms are right up your alley bro. Here is the cycle id recommend.

1-12 RAD140 20mg per day dosed in the am
1-12 S4 50mg per day split 25mg am and 25mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW 20mg per day dosed 30 minutes pre workout

Clomid 50/25/25/25
GW 20mg per day
