Ok, just placed the order for me second cycle it will be a 12 week Six-Pack cycle with MK-677 added. Now, I just ordered the 8wk and will get the other bottles at the end of the month or middle of next month to make it a 12wk cycle. I will also be getting the MK677 at the end of each month. I know one thing this stuff is expensive that is no joke, that is why I need to really hit this cycle hard and be on myself to stick to a clean diet and get the most out of my workouts. Below are some stats and how I will run the cycle, diet is my issue. I just need to get myself back on the ball and really focus on what I need to be doing.

12wk Six-Pak + MK677
Weeks 1 - 12
GW - 20mg in the AM before I head to the gym
S4 - 25mg in the AM before I head to the gym and around 12pm take the second 25mg
SR9009 - 20mg/day 5mg 4 times a day ( I would do 30 but its going to cost to much to add the extra 10mg a day over the 12wks)
MK677 - 25mg in the AM before I head to the gym

I am:
35
195lbs
18-20%bf (I can see the top four of my abs, lower and sides need to be really need to be gone lol)
5'11

I work out 5 days a week in the am between 4:50 and 5 depending on when I wake up. I would like to get back to 2-3 times a week jogging, about 3-4 miles each time.

My diet is where I will get lost, either I will just not eat or not eat enough. Macros I am guessing 50p/30c/20f? And I am thinking about starting at about 2300 calories and adjust from there.

My main goal which I am sure is the same for a lot is to have a clean mid section and look more cut. I am hoping with this stack and a good meal plan I can reach or get really close to what I want. In 2009 I was 280lbs and not in any kind of good shape, drank every night and eat whatever and whenever I wanted. So, I still see 280lbs when I look in the mirror. LOL that is something mental and I will have to deal with that one day too I guess. Anyways let me know what you think about this layout above and any pointers/suggestions would be cool too.

Sorry, my routine is M-F at the gym Mondays - Chest, Tue - Legs, Wed - Back, Thur - Shoulders/Traps, Fri - Arms/Calfs. I am thinking Monday, Thur and Sat doing the 3-4 mile jogs.

Peace

Not trying too be a dick bro and glad your making the effort but training and diet should be dialed in and a regular part of what you do on and off cycle before you introduce perfomance enhancing substances there not for getting in shape there for getting in godlike shape once your already in shape .

Serious is the only way to be about your training... sorry I can think of the struggles and my desire to kick the gym in the ass and get my eyes to tear up and get so pissed I could lift the building.

Nutrition will be the most important factor in achieving the results you want. You will need to CONSISTENTLY eat at your target caloric intake. Macro ratio's are a great reference, but concentrate more on total Protein, Carbs and Fats. Ex. 250P, 200C 50F. Second, will be your training. I would not start with 3-4 mile jogs 3x week. I see people all the time start with 5 days of lifting and a ton of cardio. This works great in the beginning, but when they plateau they have no other option, but reduce calories. Not to mention you will burn out quickly. Rest/recover during a cut is just as important. What has worked for me has been to start with a 400 -500cal/day calorie deficit, then after 3- 4 weeks SLOWLY add in the cardio to avoid plateaus. Maybe start with 2 mile jogs 2x per week, then go to 3 mile jogs 2x week, then 3 mile jogs 3x week ect ect...slowly ramping it up. Then, if needed further reduce calories by 100-200per day. via carbs. Once you can no longer increase energy output or reduce energy intake the cut is basically over and its time to reverse diet back to maintenance.

All replies taken, thanks. I am not making any excuses by no means, I just need to really stay focused. I am working on my meal plan now and working on getting that dialed in. The gym and workout is not hard for me to dial in, i just need to go in the right direction for what I want to achieve. I need to get my plan setup for my goal. I will never be the biggest in there or the smallest I just need to be doing what is right for my diet and goals. Thanks again.

you know what bro, there are a lot of things that need improved but the fact your a fucking man, admit where you need help and truly want to make the changes, i think that deserves serious respect... its just really nice to see bro... that being said, you KNOW what you need to do, now its really on you... do you really want to waste your time, money, and not to mention, your effort in the gym over your diet because of lack of control? i know things like this are not easy, but nothing thats difficult to obtain is easy... there's NOTHING easy about being in top condition.. its so difficult every single day but if you want it, you endure it, you eat it up, you get used to it and you thrive on it...

as far as your macros... i would go 55-60 protein, 25-30 carbs and 10-15 fats...
