Greetings!

I hope life is treating you in best possible way.


I'm from India. I am 32 yrs old and have left working out for yrs. I used to work out very aggressively when I was in my early 20s to mid 20s.

I have been natural using whey protein and other supplements while working out. Lately sine a year I have become an alcoholic and drink almost every day and have gained lot of weight and belly fat.

I do not like my body the way I look and my habits anymore, I have heard people making fun of me which was quite hurtful and demeaning to me.



I need your guidance and help to become fit again.



I have heard a lot about Trenbolone that people who want to loose fat along with building up muscle can use it, and read lot of positive and negative reviews too. I am confused where and how to start and kind of workout to start with.

I was planning to start with swimming and running initially for a month and then switch to swimming and weight lifting, but I have also read that Tren elevates the blood pressure as one of its side effect which do not go quite well with cardio based exercises.

Also, I wanted to know the kind of diet to be followed.



I am 6 feet tall and weigh about 120 KG not quite well aware of my body fat percentage.



I will really be obliged if I would get a positive response from your side as it would definitely help me reach my goal.
 
You need figure out bf% for the best advice brother. Or post a pic so we can see and maybe estimate. Beacuse being overweight and using aas is a no go... however for first cycle theres is no way you should even be remotely thinking about tren!

first of all, FUCK anyone that makes fun of you... thats BULL SHIT man... don't let assholes do that to you man... i can't stand people that demean others... that pisses me off bro... seriously! steroids are not used for losing massive amounts of weight and you will destroy yourself running tren with high body fat etc... tren can hammer your cholesterol and blood pressure and thats NOT something you can endure at a higher body fat and that be severe to you...

I'm glad to hear you want to turn your life around, but steroids are not the answer you are looking for right now....especially trenbolone. They are not fat burners, and are not meant to be use by anyone not in the right shape. It can be dangerous and quite unhealthy to use when you aren't in the right shape.

Lesson from the Jedi Master himself... as Dylan said turn it around into positivity, let it fuel your efforts and do it without AAS till you are really where you need to be. To have the satisfaction that you did it without taking a so called short cut will make your revenge that much sweeter as they watch your transformation.
