I hope life is treating you in best possible way.
I'm from India. I am 32 yrs old and have left working out for yrs. I used to work out very aggressively when I was in my early 20s to mid 20s.
I have been natural using whey protein and other supplements while working out. Lately sine a year I have become an alcoholic and drink almost every day and have gained lot of weight and belly fat.
I do not like my body the way I look and my habits anymore, I have heard people making fun of me which was quite hurtful and demeaning to me.
I need your guidance and help to become fit again.
I have heard a lot about Trenbolone that people who want to loose fat along with building up muscle can use it, and read lot of positive and negative reviews too. I am confused where and how to start and kind of workout to start with.
I was planning to start with swimming and running initially for a month and then switch to swimming and weight lifting, but I have also read that Tren elevates the blood pressure as one of its side effect which do not go quite well with cardio based exercises.
Also, I wanted to know the kind of diet to be followed.
I am 6 feet tall and weigh about 120 KG not quite well aware of my body fat percentage.
I will really be obliged if I would get a positive response from your side as it would definitely help me reach my goal.
