First off I wanna start off by saying I really enjoy your videos I think they're very informative and helpful to us out there that really don't know much about sarms and health in general.
I am 39 years old and 6 foot 2 197 pounds. I've been back in the gym for three months after about a 10-year layoff. After the second month I went to Total Nutrition to get my protein and when getting my supplements they offered me yk11 so I bought it. I do have to say from my personal experience that stuff is amazing the gains of lean muscle that I made in that month were amazing by far the most I've ever seen in all my years of lifting.
I went from 218 pounds down to 204. That is with eating pretty clean and I do no cardio.
And hopefully if I didn't bore you to death and you're still reading. This is my problem when I stopped the 4 week cycle of yk11 I went straight into another cycle of a product called multicore it consists of sr9009 mk-2866 gw501516 and stacked with rad140. The milligrams per day I'm taking of rad 140 is 30 sr9009 30 the mk-2866 is 30 and the GW 501516 is 20.
I have always pushed my workouts hard even when I wasn't using the stuff that's why I don't do cardio. I dont break between most sets . I usually have two things set up so I can go straight from one to the other and that's my break. gets my sweat flowing and my heart pumping thats how I have always done it but I don't know if I'm doing too much especially since I started this next cycle it feels like I can go forever and I don't even breathe hard so I think I'm overtraining my muscles I have started to notice some soreness in my right shoulder that is not typically soreness from being worked out. A slight pinch in my left PEC as well as a little pull sensation in my left deltoid so I backed off this week I haven't been to the gym and I've been asking anybody I know if I and working too much and most everybody does not have a clear answer for me. Currently when I do chest workout for example I'm doing around 30 sets. 15 sets on my shoulders. 21 sets on back around 15 sets on my biceps and usually around 9 on my triceps because they are already pretty burnt from chest as well as my shoulders usually are. I'm only doing about 9 sets on my legs in a week because I keep seeming to get small little nagging strains. All the set numbers I gave you are typically twice a week I usually do anywhere between 8 to 12 reps at about 80% Max. I do chest, shoulders and tris in one day and biceps ,back and arms in the next.
I feel good when I'm in the gym but now that I'm starting to get these nagging injuries and it feels like I'm still sore sometimes when I get back the next time if I'm doing too much and not fully recovering which negates muscle growth from what I'm told because I'm not letting it heal. Whatever you can offer to this I would greatly appreciate. Thanks for your time and keep up the good work.
