Just thought I'd give you guys an update of my cycle.
For those of you who don't know I'm running

I'm also 6'1 around 15-18% body fat, I used the calipers months ago and it said 18 I think but it is probably a little less now
Before my cycle I weighed between 220 and 225 and two days ago mid day I weighed in at 214. That being said I'm really not even restricting my diet. I just don't eat bad foods, I cut out all bad sugar and have a pretty solid diet that is allowing me to hit good numbers in the gym while losing fat. People keep sayin I'm looking leaner so that must mean something, I've noticed my obliques are coming in, which is kinda weird as my abs aren't? Lol anyways, I'm allowing 1 cheat meal a week, at least until I plateau and I even plan ahead for my cheat, so for example if I want pizza that night I will do very little carbs that day and make sure I burn at least 500 calories doing cardio After my weight training to ensure I don't go too overboard. Eatin the same thing daily, eggs/whites, oatmeal, chicken, veggies, yams, before the gym after work I'll usually eat a PBJ sandwhich or a whole wheat bagel just for some preworkout carbs. Post workout is a shake and then a salad with either tuna or some other lean protein. I've recently found the best way to curb my sugar cravings is with a basic smoothie, I use whey, berries, honey, yogurt and almond milk, super basic but it has the same texture as ice cream and I really enjoy it. So that being said everything is going well.
P.S. I can't see shit when it's sunny out with this s4 lol
