(Sorry for the lengthy read!)
Hey guys. The last few years of my life have been a constant cycle of cutting bodyfat, then getting off of my diet and blowing up, and then cutting again, etc. For example, I will diet for 2-3 months and get very lean. Then, of course, my plan is to transition to a 'clean bulk' and add some muscle. But every time I attempt that, I fall off of a clean diet, start slacking on my macros a bit, and put the bodyfat back on way too fast. I've never had bodybuilding genetics, and at my age now (just turned 40), I store bodyfat a lot easier than I build muscle. So over the course of countless cuts, without any legitimate growth periods, my muscle mass has been decreasing over time. I am determined to have a legitimate lean bulk this time. I am currently shedding some bodyfat from a recent vacation, and ready to start in about 4 weeks.
I'm definitely looking for some chemical assistance, but want to avoid messing with my natural hormones too much. I don't want to get completely shutdown and have to do an extensive PCT. I'm also a side-effect magnet when it comes to gear (acne, hair loss, BP, etc), so trying to avoid as much of that as possible. Right now I'm considering a stack of RAD-140, LGD-4033, and S-4. This would be 8-12 weeks (preferably a full 12) with the following dosages:
RAD-140: 10mg/day (AM)
LGD-4033: 5mg/day (AM)
S-4: 50mg/day (25mg dosed twice)
I'm looking at the lower end of the common dose range just to be on the safe side. I've actually experienced high BP before with sarms, and I'm thinking it was either my dosages were too high, or it could have been from the Cialis I was taking, which later on I noticed seems to spike my BP. I should note I'm 6'0" and only about 180 lbs max right now, so not a big guy at all at the moment. I'm planning to try Umbrella Labs this time.
Needless to say I plan on training hard and consistent throughout (which I always do), and keeping my diet as clean as possible, which is always the harder part for me, because when I start allowing myself to eat more after a period of dieting, I tend to lose self-control and start consuming too many calories too quickly. I'm very motivated, just looking for feedback on the cycle.
Would this proposed cycle cause major suppression? I actually have tons of gear on-hand, but want to avoid major shutdown. Was even thinking about running a test base, but if this SARM cycle would give me significantly less suppression than Test would, I will keep it strictly SARMs. Or any other suggestions are appreciated.
