My Return Starts Today!

After 4 long months, Finally getting out of this wheelchair today! Leaving for the doc in a few moments. I have alot of therapy, before I can properly walk and lift, but damn am I happy to get off my ass!

I didn't reach out to you guys during this time. However, reading your posts kept me motivated, encouraged and often entertained. Lotta guys on here who genuinely care and help out way more than just the people they post to. Major thanks!

Appreciate all the support! My mobility is better than predicted, so I get to skip the walker and use a cane instead.
I started a keto diet and held myself at a caloric deficit, to avoid becoming a fat slob in the chair. Ended up losing 16lbs in the process! Once I have full mobility and capability, I'm gonna bump the calories back up and get those lbs back!
