Age 19, almost 6 ft. Just wanted to know if I ran run my first cycle. And if yes, what would it be? All advises appreciated.

The only advice you'll get in this board is that AAS isn't for teenagers. You have a good 5-6 years of paying dues before any AAS.

You have 5-6 years of naturally high test levels to make permanent gains with as well... dont be a moron kid. Let's face it, at present you're not jacked like you could be. You really have no idea of how to train, or eat properly for this lifestyle. Any gains you make if you use AAS will be half ass and incomplete. Learn your body, learn how to lift, build a frame that will be a proper base for future AAS use. Quit looking for the easy way out, if it was that simple anyone could do it. Besides your gonna screw yourself up physically and internally.

There are several issues...
The first being your endocrine system isn't fully developed and until it is you can do harm to it

But steroid use isn't just waiting until you are older.... for steroids to be effective
You need to have trained hard for YEARS....and dialed in a consistant disciplined diet
Steroids don't get you in shape... they aid those in good shape get to the next level

Ok sir, thanks for your concern. Thanks for helping me out. Talking about old school bodybuilding, they trained 2-3 hours a day to get that physique but now we are told not to train more than 45 minutes. What is the right way?

Have a consistent and effective routine. Train to standard, not to time. You get out what you put in, just be sure what you're doing isn't spinning your wheels. That's my 2 cents. There is no perfect answer, but if you walk out full of energy. .. you did it wrong.

Okay sir. I have trained consistently for a year and a half. Till 1 year, I was getting good results and now it has suddenly stopped. Like what people say plateau. I am eating 6 meals a day, training intense. But can't figure out whats happening. Nothing is changing

IMO you just need to tweak your routine. Either less or more frequency, heavier weights, reps, sets... you gotta figure out what it is, but most likely complacency is to blame.

Agreed 110%. There is no way you hit a true plateau with 1 year of training. There is no "one size fits all" answer on the best way to train. Everyones body is completely unique and responds differently to various training stimulus. You have to experiment with volume, frequency, weight, rep ranges, exercise rotation, etc to find what works for you. That doesn't mean switching up your routine every week, always looking for the best program. You have to have consistency and commit to a training method to see how you respond. That means sticking to it long term and monitoring progress. Same goes for nutrition. These are things that take years to learn about yourself. If you're serious about this lifestyle, thats what needs to happen. Steroids are the last thing you need bro. Focus on building your foundation.

Way to young but it's great your asking the question OP. Be smart my man and follow all the great advice you've gotten so far.

There's no such thing as a plateau. We all need to change diet, training on a regular basis. Some guys every 2 weeks, some every 2 months.

What are you eating in a typical day?

I am a high school student and not from a developed country. So its very hard for me to manage my nutrition. I eat oatmeal in the morning, after workout I eat eggs and rice, then whatever lunch from the canteen, then I come back home and eat either eggs or but canned fish sometimes. And for the last meal I eat veggies rice and sometimes meat

If "its very hard for me to manage my nutrition" then brotha you are FARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR from any AAS.

bro you have to understand that diet and nutrition is nearly 85-90% of ALL of this and if that is a problem then you cannot use steroids PERIOD... it will not work whatsoever... you can't just pop a pill or do an injection and then magic happens... ITS A LOT of work, effort and discipline.. diet being the main and key component and that type of diet will not cut it whatsoever..
