MTS whey protein review

I've been using MTS whey protein chocolate flavor. It's called machine whey, 5lbs tub.

Overall, taste is good, texture is good, mixes ok not great. Best part is the protein grams per serving on this protein. I'm a small guy under 190lbs *lol* (only if you guys knew how small) and I want to really get bulked up. The overall is good on mts whey but can you guys recommend me a dosing schedule with it? like when I should take it for better results. I'm mainly looking for bulking, don't care about bodyfat, I'm super skinny.

I've used mts whey protein before, different flavors but haven't tried chocolate yet. The protein is not bad at all. I would at least take 100grams of whey/day with your size.
 
For protein intake, judging by your weight, you should take 50 grams whey pre-workout, 50 gr post-workout and drink a 20-30 gram protein shake with dextrose or another carb source as you're training. Further, adding dspark would be a good idea to get a real good pump before you train.
 
I prefer wheytobuild muscle over MTS whey, but that's my preference. I've also been experimenting with beef protein, you should try it in combination with whey.
