I'm reading people saying different things. What's the belief here?
Take it with or without food...or does it matter?

food makes no difference on the absorption aspect.. if you are using liquid, some times the solvents can cause people some nausea if they do not take with food but thats subjective as well...

If you cannot eat while taking mk677 then check your source lol cuz it’s shoild make you starving. I have to be careful when I take it cuz it makes me so hypoglycemic.
