Hello Dylan
First off, I am turning 20 next month, last year I lost 60 lbs, I was always overweight, but I managed to change my habits, and I am now healthier than ever. Since then I also started working out, so I'm gaining muscle, I have a solid mealplan and workout program and I follow it well and I am consistent. I'ts pretty safe to say my life has changed for the better, and now that I have gotten into bodybuilding, and after doing some research for this year, watching your videos, reading some of your articles, among reading articles from other sites on Sarms sterids etc. I have come to the conclusion that steroids are definitely not for me, because of all the reasons you have mentioned, it makes total sense and it would be insane for me to do so at this point in my life... (Maybe in 10 years I can consider it)so that is totally a no go for me now for sure, partly because of you, so I thank yu for that.

But here is my questions, I watched your videos, and read some articles on MK-677, and it seems like the thing I could use right now, to get better results from my training and to progress faster, but I am not entirely sure if it is something that I should take.
You did not mention anything about people who should NOT be taking it, so given what I have told you about myself, would it be a good idea for me to run MK-677 at this given point of my journey? I am not lean, (over 20% bodyfat but less than 25, hovering between that basically), but I really think this could assist me in making some lean gains, and help me make the right progress..
So given all this, do i need, or should I run MK-677, because I have considered it for a while now.

I would not take MK677 at your age. GW and SR9009 are more suited for your condition as well as age. That's as far as I would go. Do more cardio and you should drastic change.

what do your macros look like currently? Protein/Carbs/Fat percentages

I hate cardio haha, Maybe I shoulder consider HIIT
My macros are
40% Protein
35% Carb
25% Fat
That's 3000 calories a day (bulking), 200G Protein, 175G Carbs and 125G Fats
I ctually never did my macros before you asked, yeah stupid I know lol, but looking at it now my fat might be too high?

how exactly do you expect to lose weight without cardio? also, you are taking in too much fat right now... protein for your goals should be 55-60, carbs, 30 and fats 10-15... 677 is not the best option at your age... also, you are confusing sarms with steroids.. you cannot use steroids at that body fat but sarms are a game changer for you at that body fat and most certainly can and should be used... you need a mean cutting stack, which i can definitely help you with... here are the links to purchase everything you need followed by the layout...

yea, no excuse for not doing my macros before lol, I tried to focus on quality foods instead of macros, and I don't eat any crap (also 5-7 servings of veggies every day) but my macros clearly needs to be adjusted, so I will go ahead and do that.
Thanks for the input, so I should implement this cycle for my cutting?
I clearly dont want to lose any muscle, but should it would seem obvious that I would need to go on a caloric deficit for this to work. The question is should I then expect to make any muscle gains while doing this cut?

MK-677 is great but it needs ran long term for about a year, and Given your age with high GH levels and goals, I'd go with a different route on sarms and go with a sarms stack aimed at fat loss with lean muscle and strength gains as well. That would be your best option.

The enhanced super stack would be perfect for you

the beauty of sarms is that they preserve muscle so you are not going to lose any and definitely can say you will gain lean muscle as long as you accommodate that with a proper diet and training program... you can eat at a deficit and still gain muscle if your nutrient intake is proper... take a look at my diet on page 1 of my cycle log for an example... https://www.isarms.com/forums/stero...-cycle-time!-new-log-dylan-gemelli-11728.html

Take a look at my diet thread bro. You could probably find some useful info there https://www.isarms.com/forums/steroids-sarms-information/diet-nutrition-basics-101-a-3314.html

I sure will, since I obviously have a lot to learn.. I Do think the best thing for me right now would be to tweak my mealplan for sure, because while I focused on quality I had neglected macros...
This will of course be a work in progress, but I will postpone the sarms untill I get this area right, instead of wasting time and money because my macros are off. There's no need to rush into things because I'm too lazy to do things right on my own first, so thanks a lot!

absolutely right bro... there is nothing more important than your diet... its 80-85% of all of this so that MUST be dialed in first
