Hello Dylan.

Big fan of your no BS and all science based info youtube videos.
So much bro science and forum bullshit out there.
I have a quick question and a suggestion for a video topic.

The guy who came up with sr9009 claim it is not orally bioavailable no
matter if in liquid or capsules and has to be used transdermal. What do
you know about this? I see a lot of people use it from many different
sources with no to small results which makes sense if it don’t even work
the way most take it.

VIDEO TOPIC.
I am sure a lot of people would love to hear the TRUTH about this topic
which seem to effect more people then ever.
I only used orals 1 time 21 years ago and got horrible lower back pain
and stopped after a week and it went away. Back then pre internet most
thought it was legit kidney damage which it off course is not. It would
not set in that fast.

It seems like more people get lower back pain then ever today even if
using just oils and no orals.

Trying to figure out what exactly is causing it seems impossible with
just a lot of bro science and forum myths so I wonder if you know what
and how it is caused?

Some claim it is water retention from to much estrogen.
Some claim it is high blood pressure.
Some claim it is simple a pump like any other since the lower back is
almost always activated unless you are lying down.

So if it is water retention then what exactly is it that give the often
crippling burning lower back pain from some water and why in the lower
back? Why not in the forearms or any other part of the body?

If it is high blood pressure the same questions applies,,, Why would
high blood pressure give this pain.

One interesting post I read I will past here claiming it is the PSOAS
muscle that get pumped and cause the pain.

“IMHO the symptoms are due to pumps of the psoas major muscle which is a
large muscle that runs to the lesser trochanter of the femur from the
lumbar vertebrae, and runs proximally medial to the kidneys. this is a
large muscle that flexes the thigh - if your lumbars are out of
alignment the pumps could more painful and frequent”

Would love to hear the truth once and for all about this topic and sure
many others would love to hear your science no bs explanation on this
mystery.

Back pumps come from increased blood flow to a muscle that is being worked. That is why it's called a pump. Back pumps particularly suck ass cause it's in your back...there is no real mystery the reason back pumps are worse in your back as opposed to your forearms is because of blood flow. Your forearms don't get as nearly as much blood at once no matter how hard you work them. I've never gotten back pumps from taking orals but I did get a really bad back pump once from tren.

I can't comment on the SR9009.

basically, back pumps feel like you are having cramps... you are going to obviously have this issue when your training in your lower back area... it is a terrible pain and it shoots to other spots of your body as well... it becomes very problematic for you to do cardio, lift with high intensity or even lift at all...
most steroids can have an effect on your RBC (red blood cells count)... when this happens you experience an increase in blood press and overall blood volume... as you can already see, there are quite a few "theories" on the topic but many, especially some you listed, are far fetched reasons... The theory that would make the most sense is that it is caused by an increase of blood flow to your back when you are exercising... this is what will lead to the pain in your lower back..

do a search on the forum here and even make a post asking about sr9009 results... you will find a far different conclusion than you have prior... it is showing to be quite the contrary and extremely effective...

The results on SR9009 speak for itself, and I can say from my own personal experience that it's xtremely effective. A lot of the misinformation on poor bioavailability comes because a lot of people out there either aren't using real sr9009 or not dosing it the way it is intended to be dosed to see the results. Because of that they give false info about poor bioavailability.

Back pumps come with the territory of orals a lot of times, and it's just part of it, especially with the stronger orals. A good way to fight this is by dosing taurine which dos help a lot with painful pumps big time
