So first post here just thought I'd see if anyone has been in a similar situation.

Been keto for about 6 years, on and off but mostly on. Was around 100kg when I started and its done me well for weightloss and just general well-being. I used to always get really bad shakes after eating normal food before I went proper into keto, was pretty much pre diabetic I think.
Been lifting awhile and understand I'll never be as strong on keto as off it, but mainly want to keep cutting and maybe put on some muscle as even though I'm pretty ok weight wise my bf% is still high especially around the trunk area. Last dexa scan said I was at 30% bf that was in February, scales usually put me around 20-22% bf so I take the dexa with a grain of salt but it did confirm my lean mass for me.
Anyway onto why I'm here, I had bloods done in 2014 and my testosterone was on the lower side for my age 15 nmol/L
Everything else was ok but since I was having the typical symptoms of low T decided to go get more bloods done and its come back as extremely low at 6.1 nmol/L
(normal range is supposedly between 11-40)
Dr is concerned and straight up is assuming I'm either on T or have been in the past which is not the case. I guess careful what you wish for as i have been thinking about it and that's how I found out about sarms specifically nutrobal (mk 677)
So I'm guessing I'll have a few more tests done and if it's still low I'll be sent to a specialist, if I get prescribed T would it be safe to combine it with sarms? I only just last week ordered some mk 677 as I wanted to try and improve my natural hgh secretion but now this has come up im not sure if I should just wait or just not use it at all?
And to be clear I havn't done anything in the past and am only just now considering sarms after research but wasn't sure how it goes together with low T or when on prescribed T if that's what's gonna happen for me.
Either way i want to do something as it's a pretty big shock having this low a T reading at only 33.
