Research has shown that in most cases, anything under 600-800mg/wk of eq will not produce worthwhile gains in lbm. Likewise, it is also known that eq must be ran for longer periods of time 14+ weeks in order to gain anything significant. However, what if one were to add a small dose, 200-400 a week to aid with hunger and endurance? Would this have a desirable effect?
Also, wouldn't this help with vascularity and hardness even though it's a low dose?
