I am stressing behind this dumb ass visit of my sister-in-laws, the uncertainty of how many of these fucksticks might show up, the sheer expense of them visiting and the amount of money my wife tricked me into spending prior to my knowing it was in preparation of this visit. Now Pot Roast wants to come and my wife has to explain I don't want one of my punk ass nephews here and NO BABIES, or toddlers. I am literally losing definition and appetite behind this. Today for example I had two egg sandwiches made with 4 eggs and 3 cups of oatmeal... for the entire day! There is no way I can sustain any gains, let alone and type of glycogen balance like this... I'll be 230 pounds by the time they get here... maybe 226 WTF!
