Hey, new to the forums, and sarms (or any aas)!
Background info: 21, 180 lbs, 5 foot 11, bf(15-20%, so hard to estimate, but higher than I'd like) and two years of training. I have been taking cardarine for two weeks now but eating like shit.
Anyway, I ordered some GW, mk-677, and lgd-4033 from sarmsx
My question(s) are this:
1. Is it possible to do an 8 (may extend to 12) week cycle (on lgd, gw and mk) where I start very close to maintenance for first 4-5 weeks, and then slowly increase to about 600 above for the final 5-6 weeks?
2. Would I be better maybe cutting on mk-677 (I know it's year round) and gw for appprox 4 weeks now to cut some fat before adding in lgd and just bulking the whole 8-10 weeks? Does gw and mk677 prevent muscle loss?
3. Lastly, at about week 6 of my cycle there will be a 3 day period where there is absolutely no way I can dose any of these sarms? Is this gonna be an issue or just a very mild hiccup to ny results ? Any way to overcome it?
Please let me know your opinions !!!!
Ps - I cannot afford anymore sarms so please just suggest something that incorporates the 3 I have.
In case i didn't make it clear - my goal is essentially to add lean mass without increasing bf or potentially lowering it. I'd like to recomp essentially, but as my first enhanced run, I feel like bulking would maximise its value
