LGD and recent major trauma

I’m 22 years old and I just had a couple comments and questions regarding LGD and SARMS in particular. I was recently involved in a near fatal car accident. I came out of the accident with 7 broken bones, not including bone restructuring of one of my foots as well. I’m currently in physical therapy trying to regain range of motion, strength and joint mobility in the two most affected areas of my body which are my elbow and ankle. My elbow is coming along great. I just had another surgery on it this past week to clear out some extra calcium build up to really free up my range of motion, and my therapist’s have basically told me that I only need a couple more sessions to work on range of motion, and then I have the green light to really start strengthening my arm again.

Concerning my ankle however, it has been very difficult for me to gain my range of motion back as quickly as my other body parts party due to an external fixator I had to wear from the date of the accident (May 2nd -mid July). If you’re unfamiliar with what an EF is (not elitefitness), its basically in the name itself. I had an external rod through the bottom part of my ankle connected to external pins near my toes which were connected to the top of my tibia, which was also one of the bones I included that I broke. Through about a month and a half to two months now of therapy on my ankle I have seen some results in range of motion and joint flexibility but not near what it was before the accident.

My question to you regarding LGD is based upon the joint healing and strengthening process of my ankle. Do you believe taking LGD will assist in the healing of my joint and reduce some or most of the pain I feel throughout the day and more often after my therapy sessions? Another concern of mine was severe muscle loss throughout my body. Before the accident I worked out when I could, I worked a full time job 7 days a week, and I weighed about 155 lbs and was ( still am) 5’6. Post accident due to muscle atrophy I dropped about 25 lbs, and my strength has severely declined due to obvious reasons. Do you think taking LGD or another SARM supplement will assist me in regaining my muscle loss and bring mack my strength?
