I have a question on how many mls of LGD4033 I should give me rat of lgd a day for optimal results in my looks?

If you have legit anabolicum lgd, it should be 10mgs/ml.

Therefore, one ml would be the way to go. From personal experience I have found that it is best to start off with just 5 mgs for the first week, which would make half a ml at first, and then starting from the second week 10 mgs, which would be 1 ml.
