Putting on lean muscle. I eat 80% carnivore now with very minimal carbs im not going for a big bulk this time.
Last time i ran mk677 for 6 months and rad 140 for 12 weeks i had great results but i was eating roughly 450gr of carbs per day and packed on a lot of mass.

yk11 is good for mass. lgd is good for overall lean gains.

i would try both why not with some SR.
