Has anyone had an succes with products containing ketoconazole such as regenepure and nizoral vs Male pattern baldness

From what i've read it should block some dht in the scalp and act as an anti-inflamatory ultimately reducing shedding.

its helpful to some but in the long run, it will all fall, if its in the genes imo

I agree with hurricane if it's in your genes it will fall out eventually...My hairloss stack that I use is 2% Nizoral, azelic acid cream(at the temples where I get thinning) and lipogaine(minoxodil & azelic acid) while on cycle. I hate to say it but I actually liked te N2 Shampoo aswell but can't confirm it did any regrowth

Whatever you do.. Don't be the dude that holds onto it. Always looks so bad.

You can do as much as you want, but I agree that it will fall out if it's in your genes.
