ok im a newb. im 42 and i believe im suffering from low test. im overweight and just tired all the time. i get the cloudy head and have low sex drive. cant seem to maintain a good long lasting erection. been suffering with all this for like 5 years. i was recently talked into taking something called mass stack its (TEST E 250MG, EQ 200 MG, AND MASTERONE 50MG one injection a week.) im wanting to work out and work out hard. i have all my own equipment ive just been lacking the energy and the drive and focus. im a newb so need all the help i can get, advice welcome.

Have you started taking your "mass stack" yet? If so, how have your symptoms been? Minus the erection piece...a lot of your issues seem to be due to being overweight. Either way, put that EQ and Masteron off to the side. You have no reason to be taking those right now. Those compounds are more of a polisher than what you're saying you need right now....

its all in one vial. pre mix. was really thinking the test e was all id need start with but like i said its all in one vial.

I see. I guess I should take a step backward and ask if you've had your T-levels tested. If you're really lacking energy and ED off and on for 5 years....there shouldn't be an issue with getting your doc to order blood work for you. Either way, I'd put that blend away for awhile.

I'm interested in hearing if you've ever had blood work done for test as well.
Have you already started taking the stack? Where did it come from? My curiosity in that last question mainly.

ive had blood work done a few times i specifically asked for testosterone level to be checked. nothing was ever said about it each time. with the exception of there supposed to drop at a certain age. although one time my doctor said i had hypothyroidism. then the last blood work i had it wasnt mentioned. i have one of those doctors that doesnt like to mess with hormones.

Have you had any blood work done? Thats where i would start if I was you to see where your test levels are or maybe you have an underling condition and if so blood work would point you in the right direction

i'm guessing my issue was to much for this forum.. thanks anyway guys..

Dude just chill a minute. People don't really get active on here til mid-day. First off GET A NEW DOCTOR! He doesn't like messing with hormones? Fuck him. You have hypothyroidism so that's a huge part of your problem first off. I'm not even a doctor and j know that for sure. Your doc clearly isn't concerned about your health enough. You can get a script for trt but if your doctor isn't going To help then get a new one. Don't take your test/EQ/mast because it's dosed horribly for one thing and it's not what you need. You need a trt dose of 150mg or so and that's about it. If ANYTHING else proviron or even 1-200mg masteron. That would take care of your sex drive but first get a proper doctor.

i havent touched it yet was wanting to study up a bit first. any other suggestions?
You need to go to an actual TRT doc/rejuvenate. Most internalists don't know shit about hormones, so they stay away. The TRT doc will do blood work specifically to see your hormone levels. Should you have low t, they will set you up with a script and regularly scheduled blood work. Use this process to get dialed in. After that, you can continue to go to said TRT doc, or start self TRT following same protocol. This process can take a few months, it can take a year, everyones different.

While you're doing this, you need to get the diet in check as well. As stated before, your problems may be simply from your weight and poor diet. Almost 99% of the time, overweight= low t and high e. I'm glad you said you wanna work hard, cause the diet is most of the work, in everyone's case.

I've already been on the phone with the docs office. im waiting for them to call me back with my last blood work results. when i get them i will post them. hypothyroidism well like i said one visit it was brought up next visit it wasnt. agreed i need a new doctor and will be looking for one today. thanks for the reply. ive been researching low testosterone and have most all the side effects of it. ive asked my doctor about it and shit just gets passed right over. figured id just get something on my own.

Primary physicians are retarded when it comes too properly treating the endocrine system if when they do treat your medication and dosing will be left feild of anything good ask for a referal too see a endocrinologist

Have you also researched the side effects of being overweight/obese?? How about the side effects of a poor diet? All the sides from low t, are included in the sides from those.
I'm not saying you don't have low t. At your age and size, you most likely do. However, some t shots are not gonna be an all in one remedy for you. They'll probably make you feel 'better', but not optimal. You say your tired, well energy comes from the food you eat my friend.

I definitely understand that and from what im learning now i dont eat enough. i have a descent diet fish, chicken, salad mainly. oatmeal for breakfast. no sugar no soft drinks. but i eat only twice a day most times. i'm trying to learn all i can. ready to make changes. already wasted enough time. i'm looking for a trt clinic now.

yeah sorry for the impatience guys. guess i was a little embarrassed about discussing this.

No worries brother. If you keep reading on this forum you will see guys talking about serious drug addictions, ED, self image issues, acne, weird bowel issues, etc. At some point we all came here for help. Many have learned a lot and now contribute back. I would encourage you to keep your chin up, be patient, keep reading, and be honest with yourself and us. None of us get paid to help others.........we do it because we've been there and truly want to help
