Hello anyone reading, i just got my LGD and GW501516 pack for 12 weeks since i got 3 of each. now im young and im about to start a prep for my first ever contest. what are the dosage i should take and when?? and what about on days off? like days i do not train when do i take it and should i take anything during the cylce to protect?? i know i should take DAA during the 9-12th week, any other tips?? please be specific lol
