Is recovery possible after an extremely long cycle?

I have a friend in the gym, who is stupid enough to use Testosterone Enanthate for straight 7 months at 800 mgs per week.

The worst part is that he knows nothing about ancillaries or PCT, nor does he care about them. What would be his chances

to recover if I convinced him to run a PCT? What kind of PCT he should be doing?

I guess it is not necessary to say that it is not wise to run such long cycles. Anyhow, what's done is done.
